£85+VAT any part of the first hour
£42.50+VAT per half hour thereafter

Plumbing:
£85+VAT any part of the first hour
£42.50+VAT per half hour thereafter

Electrical works:
£85+VAT any part of the first hour
£42.50+VAT per half hour thereafter

Building/carpentry:
£75+VAT any part of the first hour
£37.50+VAT per half hour thereafter

Gas Safety Certificate: £85+VAT

Boiler Service and Gas Safety Certificate: £150+VAT

Powerflushing: £350+VAT for 8 radiators, then £42.50+VAT for each additional radiator. For more info click here
